Finding high quality supplements that provide real results

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]First off, when we talk about “supplementation”, we are focusing on herbal or natural supplements and not drug or prescription based medications. Any drugs or prescriptions based therapies will be considered as part of the “Experimentation and Therapies” related posts. Now let’s get into it…

Over the years, the health and wellness industry has been flooded with supplements and products that make some pretty bold claims. With the promise of reduced inflammation, rapid weight loss, improved performance, cured illnesses and more, some of these supplements are appropriately tested and vetted, while others are placed on shelves as quickly as they can be manufactured and shipped by distributors.

Our goal is to review and recommend products and supplements that have been tried first hand so you get the right amount of perspective before buying or trying any of these on your own.

To keep things simple, when we look at different supplements we may decide to perform a direct review based on our experience or try something like a 30 day trial experiment and blog about our results week by week (or monthly process). Either way, for consistency sake we will consider the following categories when taking a look at different supplements:

– Effectiveness: Did I get the results that I was expecting from the supplement?
– Affordability: How much can I expect to pay, does it go on sale, is it worth the price?
– Uses: Which conditions and health issues does this supplementation most benefit?

All categories will be associated with some kind of star rating to let you know just how awesome, or terrible, the product is. But remember, these reviews are subjective in nature and while I might find that some of the supplements are extremely effective for me, you could have mixed results (based on your own underlying conditions).

As always, I am not a doctorand this is not medical advice. If you would like to try any of the recommended supplements within our posts, please work with your health care provider prior to pursuing herbal supplementation therapy. Also, if you have any of your own recommendations of supplements or items that you would like us to look into then please feel free to commit within our supplementation posts or even reach out by email at experimentalwellness@gmail.com.
